4411 San Felipe is our latest project in Houston, Texas.
This new Class A Office building located in the Uptown District displays a modern and sophisticated architecture.
The architectural firm, HOK, collaborated with our design team in order to find a screening solution for the parking garage. ESMetals engineered and fabricated an aluminum panel system that would beautify this facade.
We fabricated 7,000 square feet of panels with 3 different types of perforation patterns in order to meet the design intent.
ESMetals strives to exceed expectations on all fronts. Focusing on delivering a product with performance, quality and that stays true to the architectural intent.
Ventilated facades can be made of aluminum, galvanized steel, expanded mesh, phenolic panels and composite materials. Resulting in different designs and shapes such as Perforated Screen, Cladding, Expanded Metal, ACM, Phenolic, Fins, Railings, Trellis, Canopies, Sunshades, Architectural Louver, Impact Rated Louver and Custom Materials. Designs that fit any type of Project, such as Shopping centers, Business Towers, Hotels, Universities, Sports Venues, Hospitals, Homes, Airports and Cultural Buildings.
