Located along Broward Blvd, this residential parking garage was developed by Greystar and ES Metals was contracted to assist with the design and fabrication of the architectural feature.
For this project, we wanted to reflect the design of a wavy facade, integrating different ranges of gray colors that give a dynamic visual effect. The perforated flat panels were connected to a curved aluminum tube, giving it a unique volumetric appearance.
The color combinations: Arcadia Silver and Pewter, allow the facade to be dynamic and functional. Capturing the eyes of those who pass by this building.
