Introducing one of our recently completed project, The Concours Club , a members-only destination offering exceptional amenities and world-class driving experiences.

Coastal Construction engaged ES Metals to provide design-assist services and manufacture the signature façade, designed by renowned firm Pininfarina.  The concept featured wing-like structures to create a sense of motion and openness.

During the design-assist process, various patterns were evaluated, and a full-scale mock-up was built for the design team’s approval prior to releasing the complete fabrication.

The final design that ES METALS delivered incorporated 12 unique panel types with custom flaps to create a seamless transition along its length, capturing the energy of the track. Beyond its striking architecture, the club offers members the opportunity to enjoy a curated fleet of high-performance vehicles or bring their own prized cars to drive on the custom-built circuit—featuring multiple configurations and over two miles of elevation changes.
