The office tower in the city of Medellin, the Rivana Business Park has earned LEED GOLD and will now be the home office for TIGO, a major TELECOM provider in Latin America.
Located in the heart of the financial district, the building will be home to over 2,000 employees, with plenty of collaborative spaces to accommodate for a hybrid work model to the employees.
The ES design team proposed a custom aluminum perforated panel with a silver metallic finish.
The biggest challenge with this project was designing a metal truss system that would offset 13 ft from the façade and would make the podium stand out from the rest of the tower.
